This policy explains what information Tushlab ("we", "us") collects when you visit tushlab.com, and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Information you give us. If you reserve an order or join our launch list, we collect your email address, your first name if you choose to share it, and the product option you selected.
- Usage information. We record basic, aggregated interaction events on this site (page views, button clicks) together with a random session identifier, the page you came from, and campaign tags in the link you clicked (such as utm_source). We use this to understand which of our marketing works. We do not use this data to build individual profiles.
- Cookies and local storage. We use browser storage to remember your session, your campaign source, and your reservation status. If we run advertising, ad platforms such as Google or Meta may set their own cookies subject to their policies and your consent choices.
How we use it
- To hold your place on the launch list and email you when your reservation can be completed.
- To honor launch discounts you signed up for.
- To measure and improve our site and marketing.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never share your email with third parties for their own marketing.
- We never infer or record anything about your health. Visiting this site tells us you are curious about our products, nothing more, and we treat even that with discretion.
Where your data lives
Reservation and usage data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, on infrastructure hosted by AWS. Our website is served by Vercel. Email we send is delivered by standard email service providers. Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Your choices
- Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.
- You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete any information we hold about you by emailing hello@tushlab.com. We respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced to the launch list by email.
